How do I activate my free trial MLM2PRO Premium Membership?

Use the Rapsodo App to set up your MLM2PRO launch monitor. When setting up, use the same email address you used when purchasing your MLM2PRO. The trial / annual / lifetime premium membership will activate automatically. If it does not, please contact support@rapsodo.com with your device serial number and purchase information.

Can I buy the MLM2PRO Premium Membership subscription on Rapsodo.com?

Currently, we do not have the MLM2PRO Premium Membership available for purchase on Rapsodo.com. To purchase a subscription, please visit R-Cloudwhen you register your device.

How long is the free trial MLM2PRO Premium Membership when I purchase my MLM2PRO?

The free trial of the MLM2PRO Premium Membership is 45 days. At the end of your trial membership, you will have the option of an annual subscription for $199.99, or a limited time offer of a lifetime subscription for a $499.99 one-time payment.

Can I transfer my MLM2PRO Premium Membership if I buy a new MLM2PRO?

You can connect to any MLM2PRO with your account and have access to all MLM2PRO’s premium features. Your membership cannot be transferred to another person.

When does my 45-day free trial MLM2PRO Premium Membership begin?

Your 45-day free trial starts the day you activate your MLM2PRO Premium Membership by selecting a subscription plan and entering your payment details in R-Cloud.

Will I be charged automatically after the 45-Day Free Trial ends?

Yes – unless you cancel before the 45-day free trial ends, your subscription will renew automatically putting the payment on the card you registered when setting up your free trial.

How do I cancel or renew my MLM2PRO Premium Membership?

You can manage your membership renewal or cancellation at R-Cloud or in the Rapsodo app under the account settings.

How do I log into my account?

Download the Rapsodo app. Once in the Rapsodo app, enter your registered email and password in the log-in screen. It's that easy!

What if I forgot my password?

No problem! Use the “Forgot Password?” link on the app log-in screen. You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Can I change the email address on my account?

The Premium Membership is non-transferable. If you need further assistance with your email address, please reach out to
support@rapsodo.com.

Can I have multiple users on the same account?

Currently, you are unable to have multiple users under the same subscription. To keep data separated, create new clubs for other users and ensure the shots are assigned to those clubs.

What do I do if I did not receive my verification email?

First, check your spam or junk folders to make sure the verification email didn’t get directed there. If you still do not see it, you can request a new email from the app. If you are still having issues, please contact support@rapsodo.comfor assistance.
