The player registration process for Rapsodo Diamond Sports is streamlined for easy initiation and ensures ongoing access for players and their families. To kick things off, your coach will send a player invitation directly to your email.
Important Reminder: Please ensure that the email address provided is unique and valid. This is crucial for creating your profile correctly.
Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Check Your Email: Look for an invitation from Rapsodo Diamond Sports. It may land in your Junk or Spam folder, as it will be sent from support@rapsodo.com. The subject line will read: “[Organization Name] invited you to Rapsodo Diamond Sports.”

Joining Rapsodo:
- If you’re new to Rapsodo, you’ll see a prompt to JOIN now. Click the direct link to associate your profile with [Organization Name].
- If you already have an existing Rapsodo player profile, the email will prompt you to login, with the subject “ [Organization Name] added you to Rapsodo Baseball.”

Create Your Account: Follow the registration link to set your account password and provide essential player information, including: Country, State, City, Date of Birth, Height, Weight, Ball Type (Baseball or Softball), Player Type, Playing Level, Handedness, Position, etc.
Note: If the player is under 18, a parent’s email is required, and parental consent must be obtained. Parental consent must be confirmed before the player can login to their player profile. The parent email can be the same as the player's email.
- Complete Registration: Once you’ve filled out the necessary information and accepted the Terms & Conditions, your registration is complete!
Accessing Your Player Profile & Rapsodo Data
You can access your Rapsodo player profile through two methods:
Login Information: Use the email you registered with and the password you created to log in to your player profile. As you train with your organization and collect more data, your profile will update automatically. This allows you to track your progress over time, with access to all data, videos, reports, charts, and performance overviews.
