RAPSODO LIMITED WARRANTY
Rapsodo, Inc. warrants that during the warranty period, it will, at its sole discretion, remedy defects free of charge either by (a) repairing, (b) replacing, or (c) refunding the purchase price of the unit to the purchaser, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty. Any replacement may be, at the option of Rapsodo, Inc., a new or remanufactured product. This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the country of purchase unless local law stipulates otherwise.
Warranty Period: The warranty period begins on the date of device registration — not the date of purchase. Customers are encouraged to register their device promptly upon receipt to ensure full warranty coverage. Rapsodo, Inc. provides the following product warranties:
- Rapsodo Baseball and Softball Hardware Products: one (1) year limited warranty for the device (1 year = 12 months)
- Rapsodo Mobile Launch Monitors: one (1) year limited warranty for the device (1 year = 12 months)
Extended Warranty: If an extended warranty applies, the extended period begins immediately after the original warranty period ends. The extended warranty extends only the duration of coverage — the same terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations of the original Limited Warranty apply, and no additional coverage is provided.
Exclusions and Limitations: This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear of the product;
- Defects or damage caused to the product by misuse (contrary to intended or recommended use per the documentation), failure to use or properly assemble protective equipment (including but not limited to the protective cage included with PRO 3.0), accident (including without limitation collision, fire, and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, wiring, or testing, improper storage, or if the serial number has been removed.
For the sake of clarity, misuse includes: device damaged after being hit by a ball, device damaged after being hit by a baseball bat, device falling off, and device used under rain, water, or adverse weather exposure conditions.
Access to Warranty Service: You must have proof of purchase to access the Rapsodo warranty service. To obtain warranty service for any product subject to the foregoing warranty, you must notify Rapsodo, Inc. to obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA"). Rapsodo, Inc. will send you a label and detailed information about how and where to ship the product.
Use the provided label to return the defective product with proof of purchase to the address below (unless otherwise specified upon reception of the RMA):

The consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to Rapsodo, Inc.; Rapsodo, Inc. shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to the consumer after the completion of service under this limited warranty. Any product returned to Rapsodo, Inc. without an RMA or proof of purchase will be returned to the consumer at the consumer's cost.

Limitation of Liability: This limited warranty extends only to the original consumer and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user.
The limited warranty set forth above is provided in lieu of all other warranties. Rapsodo, Inc. hereby disclaims all other warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, non-infringement, quality, and title. Rapsodo, Inc. does not warrant that the product is error-free or that it will function without interruption.
To the extent Rapsodo, Inc. may not, as a matter of applicable law, disclaim certain implied warranties, the duration of any such implied warranty shall be limited to the shorter of the one (1) year limited warranty period or the minimum time period permitted under such law. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
In no event will Rapsodo, Inc. be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, loss of use of the product or any associated equipment, cost of replacement goods or substitute equipment, loss of use during the repair period, claims of any third parties, or any other damages arising from Rapsodo, Inc.'s breach of this limited warranty or the use of the product, regardless of the form of action — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal or equitable theory — even if Rapsodo, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Rapsodo, Inc.'s total cumulative liability exceed the price paid by the consumer for the product.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Rapsodo, Inc. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hardware orders placed through our web store. If you purchased the product for your own private use as a consumer and wish to exercise your right to cancel the contract and return the product, you may do so within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt. Membership subscriptions are not eligible for refunds, and the 30-day return policy does not apply to membership subscriptions. Please contact support@rapsodo.com for additional details.
RESTOCKING FEES
A restocking fee of $300 will be applied to all returned baseball and softball products.
INTERFERENCE AND WATER EXPOSURE
Rapsodo hardware products are extremely sensitive and accurate data-tracking monitors. While Rapsodo hardware has been engineered to achieve accuracy within a regular baseball environment, many everyday items — such as electrical appliances, computers, cell phones, and light bulbs — may produce electrical or optical interference that can generate false readings. Please be aware of such items in the environment where Rapsodo hardware is used. One technique to test for interference is to take a measurement in the same direction with no object in motion and check whether data results are returned.
Your Rapsodo Monitor is not water-resistant. Do NOT use the device under rain, in wet environments, or with any water exposure, as the product may be damaged.
WASTE REGULATORY NOTICE
The symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that this product must be disposed of separately from ordinary household waste at the end of its life. It is your responsibility to dispose of electronic equipment at designated recycling centers in order to help conserve natural resources. Each country in the European Union maintains collection centers for electrical and electronic equipment recycling. For information about your nearest recycling drop-off point, please contact your local electrical and electronic equipment waste management authority. Do not dispose of the Rapsodo device with household waste. Batteries require separate collection and must not be disposed of in municipal waste streams. Disposal of packaging and the Rapsodo device should be done in accordance with local regulations.
