Key Responsibilities:
The Regional HR Intern is responsible for supporting the HR Department in all HR-related matters and projects with the aim to drive work improvement, effectiveness, and efficiency, and uphold professionalism and discretion required due to exposure to sensitive information. The Regional HR intern’s duties also include:
Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondences, documentation, compliance, and reporting requirementsPrepare and proofread HR documents including employee handbooks and guidesProvide operational support on generalist tasks including co-ordinating recruitment activities, onboarding, and offboarding processesCo-lead and implement key HR projects including Internship Program; Employee Engagement; Performance Management; Compensation and Benefits and HR Policies & Procedures for HQ and subsidiariesOrganize company events as and when requiredOther duties as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION
Rapsodo Japan is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support the Country Manager and Japan team. Reporting to the Country Manager of Japan, the successful incumbent should be highly energetic, meticulous, have excellent organisation skills and high adaptability within a complex and fast-paced environment. In addition, the ideal candidate will be effectively bilingual in Japanese and English and strong communication skills to effectively represent Rapsodo and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company policies
- Management of the overall housekeeping of the office premises
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Country Manager and Japan team
- Coordinate employee travel, visas, regulatory requirements, accommodation, and related arrangements
- Provide accounting and personnel-related administrative support to the team
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual in Japanese and English to effectively communicate with Singapore, US and Turkey offices
- Office Administrator experience in supporting a team
- Experience in direct calendar management and expense reports
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Very hands-on, with a can-do and positive attitude, and willingness to help others
- Excellent organisational skills with superior attention to details and adept at working under pressure and tight timelines
- Good MS Office Skills, data-centric and must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work independently and is a strong team player
- Detail oriented, meticulous and excellent organization skills
